One of the richest counties in Ireland is the County of Kerry.  This fact has been based upon its quality and quantity of tourist spots.  It features a lot of enticing and astounding historical and cultural sites, and sceneries as well.  Most of the parts of Count Kerry are filled with historic establishments.

This county has four huge main areas; this includes Northern County Kerry, The Iveragh Peninsula and Killarney, the Dingle Peninsula, and the Beara Peninsula.  Tralee is the county’s capital and the centre of the local government.

North Kerry is a great place during holidays.  It provides a lot of beautiful sceneries, white sand beches, golf course clubs, archaeological gems (Rattoo Roundtower and Ardfert Cathedral), plus its culture which is rich in music and literature.

Killarney and Iveragh Peninsula are considered as the busiest areas of the county.  Here you may find the Ring of Kerry which has the 180 kilometre road which encircles the Iveragh Peninsula.

Dingle Peninsula is a little bit smaller compared to that of the Iveragh Peninsula.  It has the port of Dingle which has narrow streets with busy lanes.

Beara Peninsula is situated at the southernmost edge of County Kerry and County Cork.  This can offer a peace and quiet place for visitors.
